Cette op\u00e9ration, organis\u00e9e sous le th\u00e8me\u00a0<em>\u00ab Un Guin\u00e9en, une identit\u00e9 juridique et num\u00e9rique \u00bb<\/em>, vise \u00e0 doter chaque citoyen d\u2019une identit\u00e9 unique, s\u00e9curis\u00e9e et num\u00e9ris\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la\u00a0<strong>Commune Urbaine de Gbessia<\/strong>, les quartiers Behanzin et Gbessia Centre ont servi de cadre \u00e0 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de lancement. Deux hauts repr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019administration \u2013 les secr\u00e9taires g\u00e9n\u00e9raux du\u00a0<strong>Minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00c9trang\u00e8res<\/strong>\u00a0et du\u00a0<strong>Minist\u00e8re du Commerce<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 ont pris part \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, repr\u00e9sentant leurs ministres respectifs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abdoulaye Youla<\/strong>, Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00c9trang\u00e8res, a port\u00e9 le message du ministre Morissandan Kouyat\u00e9.
