{"id":5746,"date":"2025-10-29T20:49:10","date_gmt":"2025-10-29T20:49:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ledenonciateur224.com\/?p=5746"},"modified":"2025-10-29T20:49:10","modified_gmt":"2025-10-29T20:49:10","slug":"congestion-du-port-de-conakry-un-plan-durgence-national-lance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ledenonciateur224.com\/index.php\/congestion-du-port-de-conakry-un-plan-durgence-national-lance\/","title":{"rendered":"Congestion du port de Conakry : un plan d\u2019urgence national lanc\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Face \u00e0 la <strong>congestion persistante du Port autonome de Conakry (PAC)<\/strong>, les autorit\u00e9s guin\u00e9ennes ont annonc\u00e9, le <strong>29 octobre<\/strong>, un <strong>plan d\u2019urgence national<\/strong> visant \u00e0 restaurer la fluidit\u00e9 du trafic maritime et logistique.<\/p>\n<p>Le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du port, <strong>Mamadou Biro Diallo<\/strong>, a expliqu\u00e9 que cette situation d\u00e9coule :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>de la <strong>croissance rapide de l\u2019\u00e9conomie guin\u00e9enne<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>de l\u2019<strong>\u00e9largissement des infrastructures routi\u00e8res<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>et de la <strong>hausse des importations<\/strong>, qui fait d\u00e9sormais du port un <strong>hub r\u00e9gional<\/strong> desservant aussi les pays voisins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La <strong>saison des pluies<\/strong> a aggrav\u00e9 les retards, freinant les op\u00e9rations de d\u00e9chargement des produits sensibles comme le riz, le sucre ou le clinker.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5748\" src=\"https:\/\/ledenonciateur224.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/img-20251029-wa0123.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"605\" height=\"420\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ledenonciateur224.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/img-20251029-wa0123.jpg 605w, https:\/\/ledenonciateur224.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/img-20251029-wa0123-300x208.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ledenonciateur224.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/img-20251029-wa0123-150x104.jpg 150w, https:\/\/ledenonciateur224.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/img-20251029-wa0123-218x150.jpg 218w, https:\/\/ledenonciateur224.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/img-20251029-wa0123-100x70.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 605px) 100vw, 605px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le plan pr\u00e9voit :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u2019ouverture de <strong>zones de stockage temporaires<\/strong> \u00e0 <strong>Camayenne (4 ha)<\/strong>, <strong>Kidal (2 ha)<\/strong> et <strong>Blue Zone (5 000 m\u00b2)<\/strong> pour d\u00e9sengorger le port ;<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019<strong>\u00e9vacuation de 7 194 conteneurs vides<\/strong> avec l\u2019aide des compagnies maritimes ;<\/li>\n<li>la <strong>priorisation des importations essentielles<\/strong> (riz, bl\u00e9, carburant, etc.) ;<\/li>\n<li>des <strong>op\u00e9rations 24h\/24<\/strong> avec renforcement des effectifs et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>une <strong>cellule de crise conjointe PAC-Douane-Communaut\u00e9 portuaire<\/strong> pour la coordination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le directeur de <strong>Conakry Terminal<\/strong>, Emmanuel Masson, a annonc\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u2019installation d\u2019un <strong>troisi\u00e8me portique<\/strong> et d\u2019une <strong>nouvelle grue<\/strong>, augmentant de <strong>50 % la capacit\u00e9 du quai<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n<li>un <strong>programme d\u2019investissement<\/strong> pour <strong>doubler la capacit\u00e9 du terminal conteneur<\/strong> en deux ans ;<\/li>\n<li>la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un <strong>d\u00e9p\u00f4t \u00e0 Kidal<\/strong> et d\u2019un <strong>yard \u00e0 Camayenne<\/strong>, permettant d\u2019accueillir <strong>six navires en six jours<\/strong>, contre quatre habituellement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 d\u2019<strong>Alport Conakry<\/strong>, <strong>Ousmane Savane<\/strong> a signal\u00e9 une <strong>hausse de 35 % du trafic<\/strong> et fix\u00e9 des <strong>cadences minimales de d\u00e9chargement<\/strong> (15 000 tonnes\/jour pour le clinker, 5 000 pour le bl\u00e9, 3 000 pour le riz). De <strong>nouveaux entrep\u00f4ts<\/strong> permettront bient\u00f4t de stocker <strong>jusqu\u2019\u00e0 80 000 tonnes<\/strong> de marchandises.<\/p>\n<p>Deux nouveaux quais (500 m\u00e8tres chacun) seront livr\u00e9s d\u2019ici un \u00e0 deux ans, <strong>doublant la capacit\u00e9 totale du port<\/strong>.
